Shipping policy

SHIPPING

• All items are custom made and cannot be cancelled or adjusted after order is placed.
• Please ensure you use the correct shipping address. Orders and addresses cannot be adjusted once submitted. If an order is returned because the courier has deemed the address insufficient, you will be responsible for all reshipment costs once an updated address has been confirmed. 
• All orders are sent to fulfillment and are usually processed and shipped within 7-14 business days. SHIPPING MAY POSSIBLY BE DELAYED DUE TO COVID-19 COMPLICATIONS. 
• All pre-orders will be processed within 20-31 business days. 
• Once your order has been received by the mail courier, please refer to your tracking number for updates. Graced To Do This® Apparel is NOT responsible for orders that are lost, misplaced, or mishandled by couriers.
